You can order 'da Products™ online using most major credit cards online through CCNow, our Authorized Online Retailer.  CCNow is an established online financial transaction company and a highly respected provider of secure online shopping services for internet customers.  Charges will appear on your credit card statement under "CCNow".

• We ship globally to most U.S. and International destinations.

• The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our sole method of shipment.

• A flat fee of $2 (US) shipping and handling is charged per shipment regardless of shipment destination.

• U.S. orders are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  The typical delivery time to most U.S. destinations is 3 to 7 days.

• International and APO orders are shipped U.S. Air Mail using US Customs form CN22.  The typical delivery time to most International destinations is 7 to 14 days (see Note on International Orders below).

• Express and Priority shipments are currently NOT available.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that will be enable the package to be deliverable. 'da Products assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. 

Note on Delivery Time & Tracking
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery times, particularly during holiday periods. We can only provide an estimated delivery time based upon previous experience. If USPS fails to deliver your item in the estimated time frame you should contact your local postal service, and if necessary file a claim. 

We are happy to assist you by providing tracking numbers and shipment records. U.S. shipments are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and tracking information is not available until after delivery. For International and APO orders we can provide the CN22 unique shipment number. While the CN22 unique shipment number isn't a true tracking number, it can be useful in the location of a package being held by customs for taxes and/or fees.

Note on International Orders
International shipping costs does not include taxes, customs or other fees at the country of destination which are the customer's responsibility.  We will make every attempt to complete a successful shipment to all international locations.  Shipments to remote locations and/or areas with less than reliable mail service are done so at the customer's risk.  Please note that shipping labels are printed in English and that language translation of shipment addresses in non-English speaking countries may contribute to delayed or misrouted packages.  Also, countries requiring customs duties or other rules may extend the typical delivery time.
