Warranty
All 'da Products™ are warranted to be free of defects at the time of
delivery. All other warranties are disclaimed, either
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose or use.
Defect Policy
If you receive a defective 'da Products™ item, or if the item is
damaged in shipment you can request an exchange. Minor cosmetic
flaws are not considered defects.
Send us an email describing
the damage or defect and attach a digital picture showing the
problem. You may be asked to return the item so that we can
inspect the defect or damage first hand. Your replacement will be
shipped upon our confirmation and agreement that the item was defective
or damaged in shipment.

'da Products™ does NOT offer or imply any guarantees that our products
will prevent damages of any kind to your camera or equipment.
As always, common sense and care in handling your camera and equipment
is the best defense against damage. In no event will 'da Products™ be
held liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages,
even if 'da Products™ has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. By ordering and using our products you agree to the limitations
of this disclaimer.
