Custom Order FAQ

When a stock model isn't available as a standard size you can order a Custom Cut Protector.  Custom cut protectors are made out of the same scratch resistant acrylic as our stock models.  The only difference is that they don't have silk screened border.

Note:  This page shows how to measure for custom protectors.  
We will cut the custom protector to the dimensions supplied (with rounded corners).  Keep in mind the style of your LCD and how it will mount to the camera.  Adhesive strips are 3/32" wide.

LCD Panels With Borders:

• LCD Borders should be a minimum of 3/32" for the adhesive strips. 
  

• Mounting surface should be flat.
  

• Measure width and height of the LCD including borders. 
  

• Measurements can be Metric (MM) or SAE (1/32" increments).
  

• Custom protector must be rectangular. Max size is 3" x 4".

Recessed LCD Panels Without Borders:

• Allow a minimum of 3/32" outside the LCD panel for adhesive strips.  
  

• Mounting surface should be flat.
  

• Measure width and height of the LCD including borders. 
  

• Measurements can be Metric (MM) or SAE (1/32" increments).
  

• Custom protector must be rectangular.  Max size is 3" x 4".
